The SCG team was fortunate to receive the listing after working with the sellers on the purchase and rehab of a SC Integrity Graystone Mansion, part of a two rowhome project which has won a 2016 Chicago Landmark Award from the Office of Mayor Rahm Emmanuel for Preservation Excellence Rehabilitation. The homes were built in the 1890s and had been vacant for many years. Extensive rehab work was done including a rebuild of missing stone gable, recreating bay window cladding, installing new windows and all new roofing. They have been returned to their original splendor and now form important anchors to the community.
