Ukrainian Village was the only Chicago neighborhood to make Redfin’s top 10 list. However, West Loop and East Village were also mentioned as up-and-coming neighborhoods. Last year, Andersonville made the list at number seven. The median price of a home in Ukrainian Village was $472,000, and homes in the neighborhood spent a median of 22 days on the market (as reported by TimeOut Chicago).
