Long-time SCG client, Derek Pulchny, was recently featured in Crain’s Chicago Business in an article focused on builders making a significant impact on the Bronzeville real estate community.
“One day, Bronzeville is going to be exactly the same as Hyde Park,” Derek notes in the story, referring to the only south lakefront neighborhood that didn’t suffer the steep decline caused by decades of segregation. “Only (Bronzeville is) closer to downtown Chicago.”
Derek and his company, DTA Group, have developed several successful multi-unit and single-family projects over the years which SCG proudly consulted as well as handled sales representation. His current projects include 4114-18 S Vincennes, 6512-23 S Minerva, and 4625 S Lake Park.
