Members of the Bronzeville Association for Recreation with Canines (BARC) gathered with the Chicago Park Officials at the ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the new park located at 3928-40 S. Indiana Ave. It is the first of 3 dog parks to open on the South Side, the other two in the final stages of checks.
