University of Chicago plans to break ground on a 13-story hotel right next to campus. The project holds an estimated $55 million price tag and is being devolved by Study Hotels. The ground breaking is soon approaching and the grand opening is expected in early 2021. Study Hotels’ president Paul McGowan said “Our main focus and the purpose behind our brand is to integrate ourselves into the university community — school life and the future environment on campus”.
