He leads Steele Consulting Group — an AI-powered real estate consulting and development firm under the RE/MAX Premier umbrella — with a focus on smart design, strategic growth, and pricing integrity. His projects are not transactional; they’re intentional, built with permits, plans, and purpose.
Since 2001, Hasani has helped deliver hundreds of homes, townhouses, and condos across Chicagoland — from the suburbs of La Grange to the city of Chicago, from the North Side to South Side neighborhoods like Bronzeville and Woodlawn. His portfolio includes historic renovations, multi-phase developments, and ground-up new construction on both vacant and improved land. His work has earned Good Neighbor Awards, the Bruce Abrams Award for excellence in design, and RE/MAX’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
Hasani was recognized by the Obama Foundation for his neighborhood leadership and was invited to speak during the Chicago Zoning Hearing in support of bringing the Obama Presidential Center to Woodlawn. His voice helped shape the vision for what that investment could mean for the community long term.

Beyond the business, Hasani is a devoted husband to Dr. Diana Mitchell, a critical care physician, and a proud father to three daughters — twin 14-year-olds and a 10-year-old. He actively coaches their teams in basketball, track, and tennis, guiding them with the same discipline and heart he brought to his years as a student-athlete. He accepted a full scholarship from the Northwestern football team, he was part of the historic Rose Bowl and Citrus Bowl seasons — foundational experiences that still shape his leadership today. Off the field and off the jobsite, Hasani is always learning , he is proficient in CAD and enjoys creative design through 3D printing, drone media, woodworking, AI workflows, Jeep mechanics, laser cutting, and RC aviation — always building, always evolving.
